Who Should Attend Family caregivers, spouses, adult children, friends, and anyone supporting a person living with dementia. Professionals are also welcome. Format In-person, interactive, and supportive. Time is built in for questions and discussion. Dementia Essentials is a practical, supportive class for families navigating dementia. Participants will learn how dementia affects the brain, why expectations matter, and how to adapt communication and care in ways that reduce stress and increase connection—for both the person living with dementia and those supporting them. This session is offered quarterly, giving you multiple opportunities to join when the time right for you and your family. Registration is preferred, but walk-in are welcome!
