The Drama is the Trauma...

This is an emotionally exhausting, heart breaking and mind numbing journey for our healthcare hero’s and communities. It takes an imeasurable amount of courage and bravery to show up everyday and support our families through pain, suffering, lonliness,  death, grief and loss from this COVID pademic... 

We are in the middle of a trauma story for millions of people in many different ways, and how we support each other through it matters.

In this sessions you will:

• Gain an understanding of how Compassion Fatigue, PTSD, Caution Fatigue, Moral Distress all play a part in the grief and loss affects our Patients, Staff, Families and Communities.
• Learn how we can support each other in the moment and create better stories so we have bad moments instead of bad days.
• Understand the magnitude of what COVID demands from us, what our expectations are and why they so often turn into anger and resentment.  

Supporting each other is essential to being able to sustain and maintain the current pace. Learn some effective strategies for navigating and supporting the trauma this COVID-19 drama has caused. 2 CEU's BOSW.
