What is it...

The "Care Partner Connection" creates a safe place where you and your peers can hold space for each other to sort out the good, the bad and the ugly of caring for other human beings.  Dump the things things that are weighing you down and reload with insight, inspiration and energy to press on.

Who is it for...

Separate sessions will be held for both Professional Care Partners and Family Care Partners weekly.  You can drop-in virtually from anywhere and stay for the whole session or as long as you want too.

How does it work...

We use Zoom to facilitate the meetings.  You can call in or join from your phone, ipad or computer.  We will be following FBI guidelines for safety, so for dates, times and private code please click on either Professional or Family and get your schedule, codes and access to our private Facebook Pages.
