How much does it take to be someone's hero?  The responsibility we have to the people we support as Family Caregivers is to help people build better stories by enhancing our collective human experience.

When we limit life for the people we are supporting by having the attitude that we are "waiting to die" instead of "Living Until We Can't" we are changing someone's last story.  We are limiting that story into something we choose, not what our client chooses for their final story.

We are being a Gate Keeper to someone's last story.

In this class you will:

*Explore how to help people build better stories by enhancing their collective human experience. 

*Learn how to have less fatigue, less bad days and create better memories for clients by working with them on their final journey, not restricting it.

*Discuss how the "Peace vs War" theory applies here in creating productive, effective and satisfying interactions that build lasting memories not resentments.
