Service Description

“They always do that...” The real question is, what do you always do in response? Looking past the behaviors to understand the recurring reactions. Bring your real-life situations and take a deep dive into the underling factors that contribute to repetitive reactions of those people living with Dementia. Using the 5 P's to Stop the Repetition Cycle from Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care, we can become the detectives who investigate situations in a whole different way that improves the quality of life for everyone involved. Uncover practical strategies to minimize or eliminate these triggers by understanding how your responses can either exacerbate or alleviate these behaviors. Participants are encouraged to email Case Studies ahead of gathering so the session can be geared toward the actual issues!
